What's Wrong?

Claude login keeps redirection to select subscription, but I already have one. It even says my email is verified! faceswapgifts@gmail.com. Came here from other reports of this issue but it seems to have been closed: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/39788

I have this exact issue. Thing is I am just a "Normal" guy, not IT so much of what I read is gobbledygook. Last paid subscription 25-07 2026 but cannot access my projects or Claude at all. Can someone give me details as to putting in a support email to Anthropic (or whoever!),
