[BUG] Claude - when Idle consumes 75% of CPU when running along VS-Code remotely

What's Wrong?

When not using it for hours, very high CPU usage.
Updated the version, created a .claudeignore file so that it is not scanning a large number of files, but still present

What Should Happen?

When idle, should sleep and wait for tasks - no CPU usage

1. Install VS-Code
2. Use Remove-SSH
3. Install Claude
4. Run Claude and let it be idle
