[Bug] Session history navigation shows messages from all sessions instead of current session only

Bug Description
I always work in different sessions, and I gave them names because I want to stay focus in specific tasks or functionalities. When I resume a session, sometimes I want to go back (with the up arrow button) and check previous messages, this was working fine some time ago. But now, If I resume a session, when I press the up arrow button, it shows me the last messages sent to Claude, regardless of the session. This isn't right. I'd like it to show me the messages I've had in that particular session, not all of them.
