Problem Statement

Here i cant able to find the recent file changes from the agent, or it can be same like github copilot to view the live file changes that agent do. there is no option to see the live file changes or after that also. Tracking the changes is very difficult to identify

Proposed Solution

Show the recent file changes that agent does. it should be user friendly to accept or ignore the changes.
