[Feature Request] Make agent cancellation safer with confirmation or pause mechanism

Bug Description
esc-canceled agents should be resumable like error-killed agents; or just make subagent cancellation harder to fat-finger, make it possible to pause them to interject, require double-tapping esc and warn what'll happen, something of this nature
