This report is filed as documented evidence, not as a support request.
The DDPP de l'Ain has full access to all data: the complete conversation history, every timestamped thread, the approximately 150 defect reports submitted to Anthropic and closed without substantive response, and the full dossier already shared and continuously updated. I file a report for every failure. Each one is added to that evidence file and transmitted, and will continue to be until the tool does what it is sold as doing.
The reports document a task with an exact reference model present in context and explicit instructions to read it, match it, and verify against it before output. Execution rate: approximately 1%. On Opus 5, a model sold as high-execution and recently increased in price, 1.8%. The product is usable only on the most expensive tier, toward which users are actively steered.
I am paying an increased price for a 1% execution rate, on a product marketed as autonomous.
I am autistic with ADHD, formally assessed. A system that states it has read the file, states it has verified the output, then produces something else, and repeats this dozens of times daily, has a specific and severe effect. This is not a preference or an inconvenience. It is documented harm and it forms part of the file.
Complaint filed with the DGCCRF, dossier n° 2026-15341, under misleading commercial practice (L121-2), deception (L441-1) and non-conformity of digital services (L217-3). Parallel filings with econsumer.gov and the Centre Européen des Consommateurs. Mise en demeure served on ANTHROPIC FRANCE SAS, deadline 1 August 2026. Legal proceedings will be filed on Monday 3 August 2026. Expedited investigation has been requested.
