[FEATURE] Auto-mode excluding editing files

Problem Statement

I want to manually approve code changes, but I don't care for any other action Claude takes as part of its research, verification etc.
Meaning it would be nice to have an auto approval mode except for code changes.

Proposed Solution

Either a separate mode or make the auto-mode configurable to exclude code changes.
