[BUG] Merge Icon in Claude Coe gets Stuck

What's Wrong?

Title: PR status cards get stuck on "merged" — add dismiss / TTL

Bug: The pr-created widget renders a live status card, but once the PR reaches a terminal state (merged/closed) the card sticks with a purple "merged" badge and offers no way to dismiss it. Over a long session these pile up.

Requests, in priority order:

A dismiss (×) control on the card.
A TTL that auto-expires cards after they've been terminal for some window.
Auto-refresh so the state can't go stale in the first place.

What Should Happen?

It would auto clear after merge or when clicked to exit.
