Desktop UI shows wrong model name (Opus 4.8 while backend is claude-fable-5)

Claude Code desktop labels the session Opus 4.8 (bottom bar + model picker) while the actual running backend is claude-fable-5 — ps shows --model claude-fable-5 and the session's own model identity is Fable 5. Displayed model name ≠ model actually serving the session.
