[FEATURE] allow pagedown and pageup for workflow agents detail page

Problem Statement

I sometimes use workflow(code-review command) to review the PRs. But in the detail page of each agent, only hj is allowed to scroll, which is not convenient at all...

Proposed Solution

Allow page up and page down to scroll, or add some other ways to scroll faster instead of just one line by one line
