[Bug] Agent view misclassifies incomplete conversations as completed, blocking retrieval

Bug Description
the agent view puts some conversations in the 'completed' bucket, but they're not actually completed, and they effectively get burried in a pile of real completed ones, and there's no way for me to sort, move, or even find the needle in that haystack that has open work i actually need to finish. super annoying.
