[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Cybersecurity topic restriction blocks legitimate system diagnostics

Bug Description
I didn't tried for any cybersecurity topic, I just told claude to audit my C drive for any weird softwares, like dead one's or one's that I don't use it found one prior I downloaded a korean bank security app, consuming resources so I wasn't able to uninstall it easily I asked claude to do that and also audit more apps, so it found something odd, a file disguised as windows task, is running and consuming resources possibly a malware, but when it tried to solve or understand it, the terminal ran into error saying cybersecurity topic- I thought if it's indeed a malware maybe it's strong enough to divert AI? Unsure what's happening
