[BUG] Task tools (TaskCreate/TaskUpdate/TaskList/TaskGet) exists but is not enabled in this context

What's Wrong?

When I start a new session, or /clear the current session to start a new one, task tools are no longer available anymore.

What Should Happen?

When I prompt a task tool directly or mention it in my skill or agent, claude code should use it to plan the work
