Building response and memory on false positive/claim even when user refuted to it

Bug Description
this was a really bad triaging and investigation from your end. you were always sticking to your false claim and building your response on this false claim. after hours of investigation by yourself, you werent still confident on your root cause or even near the reason for the root cause. i had to step in, manually check the comments on Linear. By simply reading the comments, i understood the problem and the root cause was straigh. i gave you the three/four comments to read and upon reading those, you were able to pin-point the root cause. all the hours of investigation was not that useful, just reading and understanding the comment nailed the root cause
