Feature request: default-on Auto-fix for PRs opened by scheduled Routines
Summary
Auto-fix (watches a PR, investigates CI failures, pushes fixes, responds to review comments) is documented as a per-PR toggle only (web UI CI status bar button, /autofix-pr, mobile app, or pasting the PR URL into a session). There's currently no way to set it as a default for PRs opened by a scheduled Routine.
Use case
Running an unattended overnight fleet of Claude Code agents via scheduled Routines against our own repo. The fleet opens PRs autonomously (e.g. via fleet_implement); if CI goes red on one of these PRs, nothing fixes it until a human manually enables Auto-fix on that specific PR. Since the whole point of the fleet is unattended operation, this per-PR manual step is a real gap -- a red PR just sits there until someone happens to notice and toggle it on.
Request
A way to make Auto-fix the default for PRs opened by a given Routine (or all Routine-opened PRs in a repo), so a fleet running overnight doesn't need a human in the loop to enable it per-PR. Possible shapes:
- A Routine-level config flag (alongside schedule/repos/environment/connectors) that enables Auto-fix on every PR the routine opens.
- A repo-level
.claude/settings.jsondefault that applies to all PRs from the Claude GitHub App. - An org-level GitHub App installation setting.
Any of these would close the gap; happy to provide more detail on our setup if useful.
