Claude Code crash exists with the word "Killed"

claude code is regularly crashes me out of the program and displays the word 'Killed' on the command line

I've had it happen 4 times this morning during random interactions include but not limited to /init as you see here. Is there a log file somewhere I can generate to be of value in solving it?
