Preflight Checklist

What's Wrong?

When I try to press, approve or deny it gives me this and on my other project it also will not let me upload anything or give it any more prompts anymore to any of my projects. I don't know what's going on with Claude code but it is stuck now

What Should Happen?

When I press approve it should approve and start continuing or on the other project. When I do upload pictures and stuff it should start automatically uploading those pictures and inputting them into the HTML that I asked it to do

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know how to reproduce this issue because I'm stuck on this issue. I don't want it to happen with my other project cuz right now that is still loading it by itself and working correctly as far as I know. But this is happening to all my projects. It doesn't matter if I turn it on turn it off close everything out. I've tried starting new project windows it just continues to do it
