What's Wrong?

Flickering and then the Visual Studio code closes out unexpectedly and I have restart Visual Studio code again - THE FLICKERING IS REALLY BAD. I have the MAX plan. I might try a different tool because this is not excusable in my opinion.

What Should Happen?

It should not not flicker and the code all new content should stay at the bottom of the thread but instead it flickers and moves to the top of the message thread in the terminal and VS code eventually fails at some point.
