[BUG] claude code desktop not connecting and says check internet connection - Windows OS , using latest claude release 1.22209.3

What's Wrong?

claude code desktop not working. any prompt send the same error:
" Connection lost
Check your internet connection, VPN, or proxy and try again. View Details: (API Error: Unable to connect to API (ECONNRESET))"

i tried everything, deleting everything, reinstalling, restarting, deleting claude cache folder , reinstalling multiple times, logging in/out, hard close (end Task). still same issue. its been 24hrs and the issue remains. i need help with this.

Claude desktop chat is working fine.
i dont use vpn and also tried disabling antivirus and firewall, no success there, same issue persists.

it should working normally and function normally
