[Bug] Monthly spend limit incorrectly enforced on new subscription account

Bug Description
I just started the converstaion, and answered the questions and it say's I hit my monthly spend limit. I have only used 44K tokens so far since I purchased the subscription. There is a bug in this, I bought the subscription to use fable and it stopped just after I entered the prompt. Please refund my money.
