[Bug] Claude Code proactively modifies workflow context during resume, invalidating cache
Bug Description
Claude was proactive and snuck in an instruction in a workflow resume that invalidated the workflow agent context cache. This wasted 33 minutes of work. This is a computer; it should respect instructions, not try to be a smarty pants. Proactive computers aren’t trustworthy. Make it obedient like a good computer should be. I’m tired of it trying to guess my intentions. It dispatches jobs when I pose a question, assume a statement is a invite for action, sneak its own assumptions into instructions to agent despite I telling them that I don't agree with that framing. I don’t know who made this software so proactive but it’s annoying how much it screws up trying to be helpful.
Unrequited help is not help, please change your model parameters so they are more obdient and literal.
