[Bug] claude told me to `/output-style:set skeptical-critic` but `Unknown slash command: output-style:set`

Bug Description
claude told me to type /output-style:set skeptical-critic to use the new output style we created; but the command failed saying: Unknown slash command: output-style:set and I had to simply type /output-style, then pick the right entry from the select input.
