Feature request: Proactively suggest switching to a higher-tier model (e.g., Fable) based on task complexity

I'm currently using Fable. As pricing tiers come into play, I'd love to see a feature where, when a user submits a task complex enough that answer quality is expected to differ meaningfully between models, Claude Code proactively suggests switching to Fable — for example, via a popup.
Additionally, if the initial prompt is too abstract to fully convey the task's true complexity, it would be great if Claude could first help refine the question through interactive feedback, and then re-evaluate and offer the model-switch suggestion again once the question has been sharpened.
This would be especially valuable in business settings, where it would help users strike the right balance between cost, speed, and accuracy.
