[Bug Report: Model Performance Degradation Impacting Usability]

Bug Description
I'm so sick of this. I'm done. I've tried to ride it out for the last month of Claude being lobotomized but I'm done. I'm canceling my account and using Codex for the forseeable future. Claude Code (the program) is great but Claude (the model) has rocks in its head.
