[Bug] Fable model inaccessible despite included in max plan and available usage credits

Bug Description
So it is said that I have Fable included in my max plan. I pay $100 per month for the plan and currently I don't have access to it. It's telling me I need to use usage credits for Fable. On my app and my usage it says I still have plenty of usage available on Fable. That is the current issue I'm running into, so when I attempt to use Fable, it's telling me that it is usage credit only.
