Bug Description
the topic has absolutely no cyber. This is an OSINT challenge involving international cooperations, and the question was related to the law of the fictitious country involved. The question was purely legal, about technology transfers, PhD students, internaiotnal cooperaiont. It should not trigger Fable security.
