Terminal Hang: Claude Code Unresponsive in Cursor IDE

Bug Description
not sure what is going on but claude code is freezing up in the terminal. i've restarted, and run into the same issue. I don't have any details to share outside of i'm running it in a terminal inside of cursor on a mac (latest versions of all things)
