[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Continuous Rate Limiting on F5 Access for Legitimate Infrastructure Use

i am building a sucirty platform , and i continually get flagged for using fable 5 . i am simply trying to do least privilege hardneing on my own infrastructure hosted on my VPS i , can you help here and not continuously drop me or flag me out of fable 5?
