[FEATURE] Display model in status bar

Problem Statement

I have started switching models for productivity and quality in my workflow. It has become difficult for me to remember which model I'm on in which project and which instance. The real issue is that I've mistakenly run a whole feature implementation on Sonnet instead of Opus.

It would be very helpful for me to see at a glance which model I'm running.

Proposed Solution

Add model to the Claude Code terminal status bar.

Alternative Solutions

Break my train of thought and remember to check what model I'm on using /model
