Bug Description
Fable 5 disappeared from the model picker for ~1 hour on July 17, 2026 (evening CEST, restored by ~21:05 CEST). Sessions defaulting to claude-fable-5 lost access with no advance notice or status-page entry; I had to manually switch my default to Opus 4.8 mid-work. This is a paid production setup running orchestrated multi-agent sessions — a silent model removal breaks running workflows. Requesting: (1) confirmation of root cause, (2) whether this entitlement drop can recur, (3) status-page coverage for model-availability incidents.
