[Feature Request] Allow user override for medical content restrictions on capable models

Bug Description
rather dissapointing that the system won't let me converse with a more powerful model about a medical question given that I already indicated I am seeing a doctor and am not relying on the AI model's opinions. I'm not sure how downgrading to a lesser model will 'protect' me at all.
