Bug Description
AskUserQuestion input unresponsive — the selection UI rendered but accepted no input via mouse or keyboard; had to reject the tool call to proceed. Single-question, single-select, 3 options, each with a multi-line preview. Repro: model emitted an AskUserQuestion with previews; picker appeared but no option could be focused/selected. Terminal Claude Code running inside PyCharm.
