[Feature Request] Add Paste Progress Indicator and Cancellation for Large Text Inputs

Bug Description
When copying a large amount of text into my CC terminal, there's no loading/status feedback, not even a simple "pasting..." message. The tool seems broken indefinitely until it magically comes back 5-30 seconds later.A few times I've hit cmd+v again because I think it didnt respond and then it hangs for twice as long as its pastes twice in the bg. Requests: a simple loading indicator (the little orange one yall have for other async ops is great), or just a rotating square cursor like other CLI tools or even better a full homebrew still progression. 2) the ability to cancel a paste if its taking too long.
