[Bug] Claude Code Plugin: Unexpected Window Focus Stealing During Diff Approval

Bug Description
intellij idea claude code plugin should not "steal" focus when a diff approval is required. a lot of times i'm typing in another idea window then the focus jumps to the window that needs diff approval and depending of the key i press the change is approve without me even having the chance to read it
