User-authored skills surfaced under an anthropic-skills: namespace (misleading provenance)

A skill I wrote myself showed up in the available-skills list as anthropic-skills:deepwiki. That prefix implies Anthropic authored or owns it, which is misleading for a user-authored skill. Provenance in the namespace matters — it's part of how a user decides whether to trust a skill.
Ask: don't attach an anthropic-* namespace to user or third-party skills; make the namespace prefix reflect real provenance (who actually authored/ships the skill).
