Filesystem connector unavailable after update to v1.21459.0

Summary

Filesystem connector is visible in Settings → Skills → Connectors, but cannot be enabled. After clicking the toggle, it remains disabled. Persists after application restart and system restart.

Claude Desktop v1.21459.0 (Windows 11 Pro)

Steps to reproduce

1. Settings → Skills → Connectors → Filesystem
2. Click toggle to enable
3. Observe: toggle remains disabled, no error shown

Troubleshooting attempted

• Application restart
• System restart
• Manually added "filesystem@claude-plugins-official": true to ~/.claude/settings.json (no effect)
• Verified settings.json is properly formatted

Expected behavior

Filesystem connector should be available and functional, as in previous versions.

Actual behavior

Connector is locked/unavailable regardless of configuration.
