[Bug] Security Filter False Positives on Accounting/Business Context Data

Bug Description
Der Sicherheits-Filter (Fable 5) stuft in einem völlig harmlosen
Geschäfts-Kontext (Rechnungsbeträge, Lieferantennamen, interne
Buchhaltung/Zeiterfassung) wiederholt Nachrichten als auffällig ein
und erzwingt einen Modellwechsel auf Opus 4.8. Das sind klare
Fehlalarme (False Positives) und unterbrechen die Arbeit. Bitte die
Empfindlichkeit für solche Business-/Buchhaltungs-Gespräche senken.
