[Bug] Model enforcement rules ignored; agent spawning defaults to wrong model despite explicit constraints
Bug Description
I have is explicit instructions to use sonnet for agents, and it continued to fire them in fable. setup more rules and guards and still blew by them. I also asked it to show me the model
for each new agent is spawns and it only does it about 20% of the time. I submitted a ticket to add model as a column in the agent list on the bottom of the ui. Also, I asked it to
check the codebase for the ability for our licensing to be circumvented, I gave it the exact scenario I was worried about. It agreed with my assessment that it was a gap, but before being
able to ticket it or fix it fable dropped me to opus and said it was blocked. the issue was simply that our query counter was allowing for infinite queires if a particular sequence of options was turned on.
