[BUG] Typing `/t` in a prompt containing the word "think" results in deleted characters

What's Wrong?

/t is being aggressively removed from my input if my prompt contains the word "think"

What Should Happen?

The character string /t shouldn't be conditionally and surprisingly deleted

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run claude code
  2. Type I don't think src/ts is correct
  3. Observe that your input now reads I don't think srcs is correct
