[BUG] Remote Control: Messages get permanently stuck in queue (not just delayed)

What's Wrong?

When sending messages via Claude Code Remote Control, messages get stuck in the queue and are never delivered. The connection status shows "connected". Sending multiple times doesn't help – the only way out is to cancel the message. Messages don't arrive later either, they simply never go out.
Devices:
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, Android 13 – issue occurred first
Samsung Galaxy S24, Android 16 – tried as a workaround, one message went through successfully, then the same issue appeared on this device too
Frequency: First occurred today (2026-07-13), happened multiple times since.
Reproduction: Not limited to one device – switching from tablet to phone did not permanently fix it, the issue appeared on the second device as well. This suggests a session-/account-/server-side issue rather than a device or network problem.

What Should Happen?

Messages should be delivered reliably, or a clear error should be shown instead of an endless pending state.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Claude Code session. Activate remote control
2. On Android device, in Claude app, to go Code and select remote session
3. Chat with Claude
4. After Claude answers and when there is no further activity send feedback
5. Nothing happens. Feedback is in the queue. You can edit it or even delete it. You can resend it, without success
6. If you close the app and connect to the remote session again you can send messages again ... until it happens again
