[Bug] Questions disappear from GUI in remote sessions without user interaction

Bug Description
If there is an open question, and I am working from a remote session in the desktop GUI, after an amount of time, the question simply disappears from the remote GUI. If I happen to be away from the computer for a while, when the question is first displayed, I never see the question at all, and it appears as if Claude has spent hours and is just not responding, when the question is still sitting open in the Terminal window Claude Code.
