[Bug] Clipboard image paste fails with BMP format from Windows Snipping Tool in WSLg

Bug Description
I'm running Claude Code in WSL2 Ubuntu using ghostty in WSLg. When I test something on the Windows host, I use the Windows "Snipping Tool" to create screenshots. Then I use the "copy to clipboard" functionality in "Snipping Tool" and want to paste the screenshot to the Claude Code session in ghostty in WSLg. This fails, apparently just because Windows (for whatever reason) provides the clipboard contents in image/bmp - ghostty, tmux, Claude Code accept that at first, but it looks like right when accepting the paste in the session Claude Code client refuses to take it - that is the Claude Code analysis and it encouraged me to report that to you.
