[Bug] Unclear flagging of generated code blocks deployment and insufficient error context before model escalation

Bug Description
Cannot push code to EC2 Instance and run migrations even if it was developed by Claude Code and has the all clear from my end. Should flag and have Claude explain why it was flagged instead of just flagging and then asking if it can use Opus instead of Fable.
