[Bug] Tool invocations rendered as literal text instead of executed

Bug Description
Tool calls were repeatedly rendered as literal text beginning with "court <invoke name=\"Bash\">" instead of being executed. This reproduced at least three times in Session B, and no corresponding tool result was returned. Auto-update failures were also displayed.
