[Bug] Claude Code falsely flags legitimate aquaculture microbiology terms as safety violations
Bug Description
Subject: Legitimate aquaculture use case flagged by Fable 5 safeguards (ref. 215474976626132)
Dear Anthropic Safety Team,
Your support team suggested I write to you directly about false positives I am running into with Fable 5. They confirmed my case looks like legitimate work being flagged, and recommended you review it (support conversation ID 215474976626132).
A bit of context so you can see who I am. My company is Aquatype, a bivalve hatchery in Dakhla, Morocco. We breed clams and oysters, and part of that work is growing microalgae, which is the food we feed to the larvae and juveniles. To keep the animals healthy we monitor the microbiology of those algae cultures and of the water. This is standard aquaculture practice, the same thing any shellfish farm does.
I am not a programmer. Some time ago I built an internal management app for the hatchery using my Claude Max account, and Fable 5 has been a real help finishing it and fixing bugs I had been stuck on. The trouble is that the vocabulary of my own field, microbiology and microalgae monitoring, keeps triggering the safeguards. When that happens I cannot continue the work in Fable.
What I am asking is whether you can review my case and recognize this account and this type of work as legitimate aquaculture, so the safeguards stop interrupting it. I am glad to share more detail about the company, the app, or the specific tasks I use it for, whatever helps you tell my kind of work apart from an actual risk.
The account is the one linked to this email address.
Un cordial saludo,
Dionís
