Feature request: Add a read-aloud (text-to-speech) button to the Dispatch interface

Feature request

Please add a speaker / read-aloud (text-to-speech) button to the Dispatch interface (the Cowork / Claude Code Dispatch tab) so users can hear Claude's messages spoken aloud.

Use case / motivation

This is an accessibility and UX improvement, especially valuable on mobile. Being able to tap a speaker button and have Claude's response read aloud would help:

• Users who are on the go or away from the screen (hands-free / eyes-free listening on mobile)
• Users with visual impairments or reading difficulties
• Anyone who simply prefers to listen to longer responses rather than read them

Suggested behavior

• A speaker / read-aloud button on Claude's messages in the Dispatch tab
• Tapping it reads the message content aloud via text-to-speech
• Ideally a way to pause/stop playback
