What's Wrong?
Include your exact observation - that user-scoped MCP servers only work
in the project directory where they were originally installed, despite the
documentation stating they should be available across all projects.
What Should Happen?
MCPs should run globally if installed with -s user, but it doesnt show outisde of the initially installed working porject file, despite the
documentation stating they should be available across all projects.
