Bug Description
I have 2 or more CC sessions running in separate Ghostty tabs. I'd like to be able to specify a tab name explicitly so that I can easily distinguish tabs at a glance. Right now, CC appears to set the tab title based on session context, and the titles are sub-optimal. I have one called "Resume previous coding session" and another called "btw: Do those...", which is from a /btw command that I sent many days ago. These 2 sessions are for 2 different projects so I'd like to be able to set the tab titles to my project names.
