[Bug] Dramatic performance degradation post-Fable: execution rate dropped from 50% to 1-3%, speed dropped with /fast option

Bug Description
so befire fable exectution rate howered around 50% which is already catstrophic, and clearly not what cooperations get, after fable its dropped to 1-3 % unusable.. fast option is being pushed simulatiously as 2 weeks ago i could do 2 html files in one day, already way too long, now 1 takes a whole day. same files, same input sae ervtything. if anyone thinks this is not delibaret they are a fucking idiot. and my legal folder is building massively by the day
