Bug Description
▎ Title: Long assistant messages get truncated/cut off when scrolling up in transcript

▎ Description: In a long session, scrolling up to re-read a previous long assistant message shows it cut off — the full message isn't rendered/retrievable in the scrollback. Had
▎ to ask the assistant to re-echo the message verbatim to read it in full.
▎
▎ Environment: Claude Code, background session, macOS (Darwin 23.6.0), model claude-opus-4-8.
▎
▎ Expected: Full message text remains scrollable/readable in the transcript.
▎ Actual: Message appears truncated when scrolled back to.
